Directly opposite Clarkes Beach, the top floor penthouse overlooks the foreshore between Main Beach and Clarkes Beach with ocean glimpses into the Bay. Short walk to Byron CBD (within 1km), The Pass or Tallow Beach. Join the pathway opposite to the Cape Byron Lighthouse trail. Morning coffee or lunch at Beach Cafe (opposite) or Top Shop.

Byron Bay's beachside markets are held opposite on the foreshore on the last Sunday of the month offering local handicrafts, unique designer clothing and local food delicacies.
