LOCATION
Federal is situated in the Byron hinterland among country roads and lush bushland. Fairway is an 8minute drive to the Byron hinterland village of Federal where you can find locally roasted coffee, Doma modern Japanese cafe and Federal general store. The scenic gardens of Crystal Castle are a 15 minute drive towards Mullumbimby. The world class beaches of Byron Bay are a half hour scenic drive from the property. Spectacular Minyon Falls in the Nightcap National Park are a 10minute drive and many bushwalking daytrips can be found close by. Gold Coast Airport is one hour and Ballina Airport is 45 minutes drive.
